Alleviate symptoms of an upset stomach from your morning dose by using ginger. If you suffer from nausea after taking your morning dose, there are a couple things you can do to help avoid that feeling. Most patients who have morning nausea can simply avoid the feeling by eating more food just prior to taking their morning dose. In addition, patients can use ginger to help calm the stomach: fresh ginger, ginger capsules, ginger lozenges, ginger tea. For best results, take it with or directly after your morning dose to help calm your stomach.
Nauseous After Morning Dose?
Ginger is one of the oldest and most effective remedies for nausea. It has many benefits.
- Ginger will promote the secretion of saliva in the mouth. This helps you generate digestive enzymes that neutralize your stomach acids.
- Ginger aids in proper digestion.
- Ginger has carbolic acids that help your stomach muscles relax.
- Ginger has chemicals which help influence your nervous system, stomach, and intestines to reduce the nausea feeling.
- The presence of gingerols in the ginger obstructs the chemoreceptor that triggers the urge to vomit. This reduces free radical damage throughout the body.
- Ginger contains more than 14 bioactive substances that helps for better digestion.
- Ginger helps block receptors in your stomach from binding serotonin (and from increasing nausea).
